COMMISSIONS
[ RULES ]

Before requesting a commission, it is essential that you have an idea of what you want me to do for you, prices will be adjusted to the artist's need on the load of details and / or complexity to maintain a price and to just according to the work I am doing.
NOTICE 2: Due to my situation (I am a university student and I take care of my grandmother at home) the commissions may take an indefinite time becauseof it, outside the networks, there are things that I must do, like all of you.
Notice3: Due to certain problems that I have had regarding my work as an artist, I must clarify that if you want to commission me, there are certain rules that clients must comply with, they are listed them below.
1: Do not rush the artist: This action will not be tolerated at any time, without exceptions, if you want to know the progress of your commission, write me a message asking about the progress and I will update you on the status of the same
2: be kind and respectful: I tend to be very kind to my clients and mutual respect is what makes me have a better relationship between my clients and me, insults of any kind or Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
3: I can understand that some clients change their minds when they commission me, mostly resulting in their money back, this is important as as you know, I dedicated a lot of love and hard work to each piece of art for my clients, but I must emphasize this rule specifically about the return of the money.
A) for the commission to start, it must be paid 100%, once the payment is made, your commission will be listed in order of sales, that is, if I have to make 3 drawings before yours, your drawing will be the number 4 on my list and you will have to wait for your turn to start with your drawing.
b) The refund of the money will only be possible BEFORE the line art finalizes, right before to start with the line art, you will get a shown of the sketch of the drawing and the client must decide whether to change something or not, once the decision is made, the drawing will pass to be line art and at this point there will be no refund of the money (cases may vary and exceptions may happen, send a message if you have questions)
C) Once the commission is paid, and the line art is ready, but the client decides to add something else (example: a character), the extra charge of what that change costs will be applied.
D) once the commission is finished, and it does not meet expectations and you want a refund, only 30% of the payment will be returned to you, this is due to the time and effort invested in something that works hard, if applicable, the client is unsatisfied, it will be the measure that will be taken and the drawing will not be delivered to the client in the proper way and both the sketch and the line-art of the same will be sold as a YCH
E) If you decide to "pay in parts" your commission will be in a "Wait" state until the payment is completed in its entirety in order to start with it, if the payment is not completed, then the money will be returned and it will be assumed that "The client changed his mind" and I will reject the commission, if you want to try again, you are welcome to do so, with the condition that the payment must be completed first and then start the drawing.
Having said all this, they will be all the rules and conditions that you, as a client, must read carefully and testify that you agree with my conditions, once confirmed, we will proceed to the idea you have in mind for your commission

Antes de pedir una comisión es primordial que tengas lista una idea de lo que desees que yo haga por ti, los precios se ajustarán a la necesidad del artista sobre la carga de detalles y/o complejidad del mismo para mantener un precio fijo y justo a corde al trabajo que estoy realizando.
AVISO 2: Debido a mi situación (soy estudiante universitaria y cuido de mi abuela en casa) las comiciones pueden tardar un tiempo indefinido debido a que , fuera de las redes, hay cosas de las cuales debo de hacer, como todos ustedes.
Aviso 3: Debido a ciertos problemas que e tenido con respecto a mi trabajo de artista, debo aclarar que si deseas comicionarme, hay ciertas reglas que los clientes deben de cumplir, las alistate más abajo.
1: No presurar al artista: No se tolerará está accion en ningún momento, sin excepciones, si deseas saber del progreso de tu comisión, escríbeme un mensaje preguntando por el progreso y yo te actualizare el estado de la misma
2: ser amable y respetuoso: Suelo ser muy amable con mis clientes y el respeto mutuo es lo que me hace tener una mejor relación entre mis clientes y yo, no sé tolerarán los insultos y/o las faltas de respeto hacia mi persona
3: puedo entender que algunos clientes cambien de opinión cuando me comicionan, dando como resultado en su mayoría que les devuelva su dinero, esto es importante ya que como saben , le dedicó mucho amor y trabajo duro a cada pieza de arte para mis clientes, pero debo hacer énfasis en esta regla en espesifico sobre la devolución del dinero.
A) para que la comisión empieze, está debe de estar pagada al 100% , una vez el pago este, tu comisión será puesta en cola por orden de ventas , es decir , si debo hacer 3 dibujos antes del tuyo, tu dibujo será el número 4 en mi lista y deberás esperar a tu turno para poder empezar con tu dibujo.
b) La devolución del dinero solo será posible ANTES de que el line art finalize, antes de acabar el line art se te mostrará el boceto del dibujo y el cliente debe decidir si cambiar algo o no, una vez echa la desicion, el dibujo pasará a ser line art y a este punto ya no habrá devolución del dinero (casos pueden variar, manden mensaje si tienen preguntas)
C) Una vez que la comisión este pagada, y el line art ya está listo, pero el cliente decide agregar algo más (ejemplo: un personaje) se le aplicara el cargo extra de lo que cuesta dicho cambio.
D) una vez acabada la comisión, y está no cumple con las expectativas y deseas un reembolso, solo se te devolverá un 30% del pago, esto se debe al tiempo y esfuerzo invertido en algo que trabaje duro, si se da el caso, el cliente está insatisfecho, será la medida que se tomará y el dibujo no será entregado al cliente de la debida forma y tanto el boceto como el line-art de la misma será vendida.
E) Si decides "pagar por partes" tu comisión estars en estado de "Espera" asta que el pago se complete en su totalidad para poder empezar con el, si el pago no se completa , entomces el dinero se le devolverá y se asumirá que "el cliente cambio de opinión" y rechazare la comisión, si deseas volver a intentarlo, eres bienvenido de hacerlo con la condición de que el pago debe completarse primero para luego dar inicio al dibujo.
Dicho todo esto , serán todas las reglas y condiciones que tú, cómo cliente, debes de leer cuidadosamente y testificar que estás de acuerdo con mis condiciones , una vez confirmado , procederemos a la idea que tienes en mente para tu comicion
